Is it possible to switch off the 5G and 4G on the Fairphone 5 so that it only runs with 2/3G. I am sensitive to radiation hence this question.

Yes, it is possible. Both 3G/2G and 2G only.

Yes, you can select "3G/2G" or even just "2G" under "Preferred network type".
