Is it possible to use the screen with the full screen resolution on a Surface Laptop? (32G<b /i7Processor/Geforce RTX 3050TiGPU)? Can this then also be used as an extended screen?

Should actually work:
Maximum resolution 7680 x 4320 pixels according to data sheet Geforce RTX 3050Ti

Depends on what resolution the graphics card of the Surface Laptop makes possible
