No, rather not. For such applications, I would rather see a headset microphone, like you see at big stage shows. Something like the Samson XPD2 or a Rode HS2-B, for example.
The Rode MT USB Mini is more for people who can speak very close to the microphone, where it sounds really great (gives you that pleasant "talker voice" you're used to on the radio, for example).
It's not for recording a voice where you're further away because you have to audition, do exercises or something. Zumba music would almost certainly swallow the voice completely at a distance of one metre.
