Is the invoice (the "Invoice" payment option) actually delivered together with the iPhone when the iPhone is available, and when does the payment period begin?

With the invoice payment option, this is sent by e-mail as soon as the item has been handed over to the shipping partner. This also means that the payment period does not begin until then.
