Is the screen also suitable for a Windows computer? Does the webcam and loudspeaker/microphone work?

Yes, but you can't adjust the brightness.
As a Windows user, I would rather hold back, because this display is really only convincing when it is switched off. There are so many monitors that offer better colours and higher refresh rates.
