Is the USB charging cable included in the scope of delivery? Why is this not explicitly mentioned anywhere?

In principle, every USB hard drive always comes with a corresponding cable for connection to the computer. This information is usually available on the manufacturer's website. You will find the link in the specifications.

No CHARGING cable is included, as an external hard drive does not contain a battery that needs to be charged. However, a CONNECTION cable is included - as with all external hard drives.
