Is this device generation 2? Or would that be the one with 4K? Because your TV subscription (app) doesn't work on my old 'Smart' TV ;)

The device is not the 2nd generation, but the HD version of the Chromecast with Google TV. Our TV subscription is compatible with this product and runs on it without any problems.
