Well, the S6 series is a late 2020 release. That doesn't necessarily mean it was manufactured there.
Now, regarding the price, notice that there are very few pieces that are non-4G and with the lower storage size of 64GB and this one is among the cheapest s6's.
The thing to note is that the newer batch of S6 Lites is costed at 379 vs. the exact same thing from the earlier batch which is still available at 281 (for those final 3-4 pieces available).
My view is don't get hung up on release year. If this is an issue for you, switch to S7 but then prices will be way higher. As for the prices, once the current stock is sold, the new batches will be a good 80+ CHF more expensive.
