too little for what? a primary purpose would be helpful...
For gaming and office use, this resolution is certainly sufficient. I cannot confirm the first answer.

I once had a 49" monitor with 1080x pixels in height and was disappointed precisely because of your argument and returned the monitor. I would not recommend it to you personally.
