SFP and SFP+ connections still need a transceiver. The cable alone is not enough. Find out from Swisscom which transceiver (GBIC) fits. Then connect this cable to the transceiver.
The connection type LC to LC (lucent connector) is very common between the two GBICs in the LAN.
It looks like this:

The Swisscombox is delivered without GBIC. Look behind your box and see if anything sticks out. If there is a rectangular block with a rubber peg sticking out, you can attach this Lindy cable. Otherwise you still have to buy the GBIC.

Sure, the opposite side must look the same.
Whether now OM1 .... QM4 is up to your budget. For short distances of less than 50m, it doesn't really matter.
Compatibility problems are more likely to be heard with the GBIC. Actually not with the cables.
