Looks like Samsung repeating same mistakes by releasing flaky product for early adopters to test: 1. FALD+HDR on NVIDIA GPU's being washed out/unusable. 2. Popping/cracking noises like old G9. 3. At 240 Hz, scanlines. 4. Horizontal color banding viewing solid colors. 5. Seeing individual FALD zones. 6. VRR being automatically turned off when switching between SDR and HDR.

Helpful answer

3. okay, this explains the scanlines (horizontally and diagonally) whenever a video is playing. But it's somehow random, I didn't manage to identify a pattern. I will try with 120Hz.
