My first laptop is already connected to the DisplayPort monitor input. The Dell monitor still has a USB Type-C (DisplayPort 1.4) connection to which I would like to connect my second laptop. However, the second laptop does not have a USB Type-C connection, but a DisplayPort connection. This means I want to connect the DisplayPort output of the second laptop to the USB Type-C (DisplayPort 1.4) monitor input. Question: Which cable (4K 60Hz) do I need to use for this? Do I need a bidirectional USB Type-C to DisplayPort cable?

I use the screen with my laptop and use a USB Type C connector on both sides. Works perfectly.
