My laptop does not have a USB C port. Can I also use the screen with USB A (laptop connection) to USB C (connection on the screen)?

Works with hdmi only or usb-c version 4 or thunderbolt, does not work with usb 3 (used for the touch version), the usb is to power the screen and frankly if possible take the 15-inch for better quality.
