My mum needs a new mobile :) She can just put her sim in there and then it works (after charging) And is the Samsung used? Or broken? That it's so cheap😳

Yes, this is possible without any problems.
Your mum can simply switch on the Samsung Galaxy A36 after charging, insert her SIM card and follow the short setup wizard. The mobile is then ready to use (calls, text messages, Internet). This is a new mobile phone. :) The A36 model series is the cheaper version from Samsung.
