Now the product is called EV3285-BK and no longer EV3285-W. This means that it is not the Swiss version that is offered, but the German version. Does this play a role with regard to the 300.- refund? On the dedicated form for the refund it clearly says "swiss version".... Thanks for the answer

I have submitted the refund request and am now waiting for the amount to arrive. So far I have not received any notification. As soon as I receive the amount, I will report here.
