Question for the owners of the OnePlus 9 Pro. Do you also have such problems that, for example, no notification tone is played for Whalsapp, SMS, etc.? After a restart, for example, it works fine again for a while. Sonos control is also a horror on the OnePlus, as soon as I lock the display, playback stops. But that doesn't always happen. After a restart, it usually works normally again or I close the Sonos app first before I lock the display. I have already dealt with this issue more than I would like. The device would otherwise be really great, simply everything, performance, camera, battery, etc. but OnePlus has really messed up with the software, which is worse than beta stage and I could sometimes throw the device against the wall. I never had this kind of trouble with my Huawei Mate 20 Pro. For the first time I'm seriously asking myself, do you have warranty claims on software?

I've been the proud owner of this smartphone for a good 2 months now and can't complain of any such cases.

Did you perhaps switch on one of the many "put your phone away" functions?

E.g. Digital Wellbeing, Focus Mode, Reading Mode, Zen Mode or similar.

There is a possibility that these functions block the (number of) notifications after a certain time and thus lead to problems with Sonos, Whatsapp & SMS....
