Received an email yesterday at 00:30 that the device will not be delivered until 5.11. 9 hours later it shows up in my profile as shipped. Once again chaos in its purest form by digitec😑 What is it now @digitec?

The first delivery of these devices arrived late and reduced, so these delivery date emails were sent. If you received an email with shipped after that, you are one of the lucky ones who will receive their Pixel 7 today/tomorrow. It's best to keep an eye on your personal order and check the shipment tracking if available.
