Bright enough for most rooms unless you are in the living room with huge windows and really bright sunny light, with the old monitor (I think 400nits) I have brightness on 30-40 here I had to go up to 80 for HDR on 100

I was able to do some research and yes, the brightness is not very high in numbers, but it all depends on your own wishes, whether a brightness is "enough" for you or not is basically more personal. If you like the deeper black levels and the more beautifully displayed colours better, OLED is the right choice, even if it is darker than IPS panels. However, if a room is generally much brighter or a much brighter picture is desired, then IPS panels might be better, such as the following model, without being able to achieve the deep black values:
