Samsung Monitor LF24T450FQRXEN reinstalled, everything works except I can't turn off completely with the power switch, the standby led is still visible? What am I doing wrong?

Nothing, if the monitor does not have a power switch (usually near the mains cable), then there is not much you can do. As far as I can see, this monitor has an external power supply, so there's nothing you can do. Except disconnect the external power supply from the mains. But the standby power consumption of these devices is very low, but if that is important, then I would return the monitor and choose another model, and at the same time a model that has a better resolution, because 24 inches and 1920x1080 pixel resolution do not give a sharp text display, especially not with smaller fonts. My suggestion would be this model here, it has a power switch and a much better resolution, but costs a bit more, this model has a built-in power supply, there is also a power switch that can switch from standby to off.
