Since the update to Android 12, I have had WiFi problems. After a few seconds, I always get a "!" and No Internet Connection. The WiFi works fine with all other devices. Network reset did not help. Does anyone have the same problem?

Otherwise you might need to just reset your WiFi settings for what you are connecting to.

Try changing your DNS, go to your Wifi Settings, change from DHCP to Static and input 1.1.1.1 or 8.8.8.8 in DNS 1 and 1.0.0.1 or 8.8.4.4 in DNS 2, then Save
