The data sheet is incorrect or from the predecessor model.

This is nothing unusual, unfortunately it often happens that technical specifications are not always 100% correct. However, I would not recommend this monitor, because for this much money you can already get 4K UHD 3840x2160 pixel capable monitors, which can display small fonts pin sharp. I would recommend this one, it's a better product and also offers sRGB 100% as well as a much brighter 400 nits panel and a 4K 3840x2160 pixel resolution.
