The description says that 5G cannot be guaranteed with Sunrise. Has anyone tested this? Would it be possible that it works?

5G worked for me with Sunrise, but unfortunately I had to send my phone back after only one month because of a defective volume button. I've been waiting for a solution for 2 months.
