The following question: Are YouTube and Prime Video 120hz for you OP9pro users or only 60hz like mine? There is a lot of jerkiness when scrolling and also when using the two apps in general. Small excitement but on other Android smartphones Youtube and Prime works perfectly and on the old OnePlus 7 pro Youtube was also 90hz or "fluid".

It could be that under Settings->Display->Advanced the refresh rate is set to 60Hz.

Maybe this will help you.
