The galaxus service is terrible, they make me send the whole phone when it's the battery that's faulty, leaving me without a phone and having to pay for a replacement phone. I offered them the solution of sending me a new battery (as it's the modular one and I can change it myself) and they gave me a negative reply. I wouldn't recommend buying it from Galaxus.

Most manufacturers require defective items to be returned in their entirety to the service centre, even if it is obvious that the problem is with a specific part.
Our staff will probably have suggested this to you, but it is normally possible to obtain a loan telephone for the duration of the repairs at our branches.
