The phone won't start. Hello. My Fairphone 5 simply won't start, it's stuck on the blue screen with the message "FAIRPHONE Change in is your hands". Successive attempts to restart have changed nothing. Pressing the VOLUME - key and the main button at the same time gave access to more technical boot options (Restart bootloader, Power Off, START or Recovery mode) but nothing happened. This is the second time this has happened with my device. As I was in urgent need of something like this, the previous time I had no choice but to choose the Factory reset option. But this time, I have neither the time nor the inclination to spend time reinstalling everything. I'm offering a bottle to whoever has THE solution. Thanks in advance and have a great day!
