The shipment starts on 14 September. So can I expect to receive the device in my letterbox by 22 September at the latest? Or is it - as with other pre-orders - that the possibly very numerous orders are processed one after the other until the warehouse is empty, before it's my order's turn and I probably won't receive my device for another 1-2 months? I need it for the holidays.... Thanks& Greetings

I am also wondering at the moment. I was notified twice of a delay, currently for 21 September. According to the information on the item, however, the devices are in stock and if I order today, it will be delivered tomorrow. Somewhere the details are not correct (either the delay for my order or the details for the item today).

I received my device today. It was sent on Saturday, was supposed to arrive yesterday and then the status at the post office was 'delivery date unknown' in the meantime. However, Digitec informed me of a delivery date of 28.09. at the beginning of September. Online, however, it said 21.09. It seems that not everything works as it should.

It seems that every competitor has already received (and shipped) devices, but digitec has not.

So far, we have not received as many orders as we should in terms of units in the first delivery. This means that if nothing goes wrong with the shipment, the unit should already arrive by 15.09.
