The unit can play videos? Is a picture of the album/cover displayed when playing a song? (If you have saved one...)

Hello and no, videos are not (only MP3, Flac, Ogg Vorbis, WMA (without DRM) and WAF. Furthermore, Audible audio books (DRM only). And yes, if the title has an integrated cover, it will be displayed.
