The USB ports on the monitor do not work for me. I also find it strange that this monitor does not require an extra power cable to be connected to supply the USB ports with power. Maybe you have to make a setting in the menu for them to work? Please help.

It depends on the interface/cable you use to connect your device. USB-C/Displayport supply the USB ports. I don't think the ports work with HDMI cables (not sure).

Hello,
I haven't changed anything in the settings. The laptop is powered via the type C cable, and my camera works fine via USB.
