Today, Oxygen OS 11 (based on Android 11) was released for the OnePlus 8 Pro. Is it already known whether VoLTE can now be activated or works on the Swisscom network with this update? Thank you for the feedback.

VOLTE could already be activated with Android 9 and 10 on older models. The issue is simply that it also needs some help with Android 11. You have to download an APK and then you get the option to activate VOLTE and WIFI Calling via a code on the phone. Runs flawlessly on Swisscom and Wingo if you do it that way, even with Android 11. The process is documented in the forums, otherwise I can also help. Greetings
