um digitec i ordered this product but it did not come with a socket adapter like the other screens do, which means i can't plug the screen in and the specifications say it comes with an adapter. Can you help me? Kind regards

Picked up 2x monitors today. No adapters or CH cables are included. Only the chocolate plug.

However, suitable power cables can be picked up in the shop. Many thanks to Shop Basel. As always, top service. It's worth looking in the box when you pick it up.
