Unfortunately, this monitor only supports HDCP 1.3 with the DisplayPort and HDCP 2.2 only with the HDMI connection. I now have a DisplayPort 1.4 with HDCP 2.2 and therefore need to connect the monitor to the HDMI port. What kind of cable (or adapter) do I need to be/remain HDCP compatible? Thanks

For reasons of signal quality (at higher data rates or resolutions), I would leave adapters alone. This is also based on painful experience.

If I understand correctly, an output device (e.g. computer) with DisplayPort output is to be connected to the monitor (HDMI input). I would try to do this with the appropriate cable from DisplayPort to HDMI, for example article 11615151 at Digitec.

I have no experience of my own, especially with regard to HDCP compatibility, as I don't need it myself. However, the devil could be in the detail - for example, if the device with DisplayPort output does not output HDCP2.2 on an "electrical" HDMI signal via the same, but only if the DisplayPort protocol is also used "electrically").
