Question about NEC MultiSync® CB751Q

We need to show a web page and interact with it by using touch. Is this possible with this display by connecting an external Windows 10 PC (over which interface / does it need a special app) or using the internal browser (what browser is it btw and does it support HTML5 , does it regularly get updated etc.?)

Its some Linuxbased OS. You can connect a Windows 10 PC. Be Sure to also connect the USB Cable so you can use the Touchscreen.
The Browser should support HTML5. otherwise you could just use windows.
