Well, the connection works quite well with HDMI, but ultra sharp is different. Unfortunately, data transfer via USB C is not possible, and power via USB C is not sufficient to keep the laptop running. The description is a little misleading.

A 24 inch screen with a resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels has far too few pixels to display a sharp image, I would return this screen and recommend a model with at least 2560 x 1440 pixels at 24 inches, this allows small texts to be displayed sharply, for example this model would be more suitable if a sharp image is desired, this monitor is much better, via USB-C it can charge a notebook with up to 90 watts.

Dell U2520D (2560 x 1440 Pixels, 25 ")

It depends on the notebook, but as a rule 65 watts via USB-C would probably be sufficient for most.
