What does EU or CH origin mean? Apart from the fact that it comes from Europe or Switzerland. Are there any technical characteristics of the product that are different?

It's the same phone just that the wi-fi calls and Samsung pay options will not be possible with the EU version. Because Samsung blocks these devices by region for these uses.
