What is the 240hz supposed to do? Is there any way to connect the monitor to my PC and use the 240hz? Which connection do I use for this? Micro Hdmi to Hdmi on the GRAKA, or USB C to USB C?

Delock HDMI (Type A) - micro HDMI (Type D)

I use this cable :)
So far no problems on 240Hz & long enough for all setups.

The 120 Hz or better could at most be achieved with HDMI 2.1 or DisplayPort 1.4 and this should then be possible to set for the graphics in the Display Settings, e.g. in Windows 10. However, HDMI 2.1 also requires appropriate cables, as does DisplayPort 1.4, which must have Ultra High Speed. The screen also seems relatively expensive for just 17.3 inches, but thanks to only HDMI resolution, it is at least nice and sharp, even for word processing.
