What kind of USB-C uplink cable did you use? The one that comes with the device is far too short and doesn't reach from the screen to the computer. With this cable (https://www.galaxus.ch/de/s1/product/inline-usb-32-gen2-kabel-2-m-usb-kabel-13456539?supplier=406802) and the USB port on the bottom, I have massive problems with disconnections. I use a CF Express card reader from Sony and a Sandisk Extreme Portable. With both I can hardly copy or write anything, the connection breaks off and the device is no longer displayed. It works perfectly when connected directly to the computer.
