What larger of hard drives and number of hard drives widd supported? Which ones can you recommend for my future 8 outdoor cameras?

In the compatibility list, there is the Seagate SkyHawk with 14 terabytes. It depends on how long you want to store the recordings and with what resolution you are recording. Seagate has a surveillance storage computer that you can take a look at. https://www.seagate.com/de...

The Ubiquiti UniFi Dream Machine Pro has a slot for a 3.5"/2.5" SATA HDD.
