What variant is there if I want to use an AP with 2.4 - 4.8GB, but all Unify switches only have a port output capacity of 1GB? Unfortunately, I couldn't even put the APs into operation without a switch or cloud key. Android and iPhone via APP unusable, unfortunately.

There are switches from the Ubiquiti brand that have 2.5Gbit/s Ethernet ports or higher. You would have to use such a switch if you want to give the APs the maximum bandwidth.
For example: Ubiquiti Enterprise 8 PoE
