When I bought this product, everything worked perfectly with my Macbook Pro M1. Recently, however, I've had to plug my power supply directly into the laptop, because the MAC screen says there's not enough power. Do you know why?

I have a similar problem. When the battery of my MacBook Pro M2 is not fully charged and I charge via USB-C, the monitor always switches on and off. The device has already been in repair. Unfortunately, however, the problem still persists. I do not know what to do.

I can’t imagine why. When I plug it in any of my laptops -I don’t have a Mac, but there are an HP, an Acer and two Lenovo around- or even my iPhone 15, it works as it should: charging, screen and all connected USB devices.

Maybe do a call to the Samsung service ?

Sorry I couldn’t be of more help.
