When I try to download the app from Sunrise, a message appears saying that this app is not supported in my country. But I am in Switzerland. Does anyone know what I need to do?

Helpful answer

In my opinion, there are two possibilities:
1. When you initially configured your Xiaomi box, you didn't choose the right country (Switzerland).
2. You are using a VPN with an IP that is not in Switzerland.
Please check.

Have you tried connecting the Xiaomi box directly to the TV and not to the Fritz Box?

Hi, I was able to download the Sunrise application on the box without any problem via the Android store. And it works very well.
