When I want to charge my mobile and plug in the USB-C cable, it falls off at the slightest movement and stops charging. To charge it, I have to push the USB-C cable in hard and must not move the mobile under any circumstances so that it continues to charge. What can I do to stop this happening?

Firstly, replace the cable. If this does not help, make a warranty claim.
