According to our information, you do not need any software or drivers. The product is UVC Plug and Play.
If the picture is almost black and white:
-Check the video settings in the app and reset the filters (black and white, saturation, exposure).
-Try the Windows camera app or macOS Photo Booth. You can check exposure and colour there.
-Provide more light in the room. If there is little light, the image will quickly become dark and colourless.
-Plug the product into another USB port (directly on the PC, without a hub).
