Which box or speakers can be connected? Do speakers with "only" USB work?

I would definitely not recommend a resolution of 1920x1080 pixels for a 24 inch screen, as texts are pixelated and not clear. If you don't want a 27 inch screen in 4K UHD, then 2560 x 1440 pixels would be much better for 24 inches. This Benq screen has very good colour matching and has a built-in USB hub as well as built-in speakers:

BenQ BL2420PT (24 ", 2560 x 1440 Pixels)

And yes, you could also just plug in USB speakers, Windows 10 will recognise and use them as sound output devices.
