Unfortunately, Digitec no longer seems to have its processes under control in this matter. Either the logistics staff who compile the orders lack the necessary information to include the required cables/adapters in the shipment. Or the packing staff simply forgets the cables/adapters.

That this is very annoying for the customer is one thing. Unfortunately, many people are also unaware that Digitec has to provide a suitable cable or adapter free of charge, which is even worse. It is not up to the customer to iron out Digitec's mistake at his own expense. If the customer takes care of the problem himself, this can lead to problems/damage if the solution is not correct.
