:) Support certainly couldn't answer that in advance either, then people wouldn't buy it now. But: I wouldn't recommend a 2 bay NAS for these reasons:

1. you lose half the storage space
2. if a disk fails, you have to buy the same size again and lose half the storage again
3. a 2-bay NAS can hardly be expanded at some point at low cost.

Although it is a bit more expensive, I would therefore recommend a 4 bay NAS, e.g. this one:

You can equip it e.g. with 3 x 2 TB disks, then you have additional RAID5 hardware failure protection and if a 2TB disk fails, you only need a 2TB disk as a replacement. Data access is also faster because in RAID5 3 disks achieve more throughput than 2 disks. This model has a Quad Core CPU and would still be very interesting in terms of price if it came complete with 4 x 2 TB disks. As a net storage capacity, you would then have 6 TB instead of 4 and would only lose 2 TB because of the RAID5 redundancy.
