Not quite optimal, no. With the PS5, the games themselves determine how many hertz you can play them on, this is not manually adjustable on the PS5. Therefore (if you play on the PS5 for a longer period of time) I would recommend a maximum 120Hz monitor if at all, you can't use more than that with a PS5 either way.

If you want high frequency numbers at a low price, then 24 inches, if you have a bit more budget and a relatively powerful PC, then 27 inches is the better choice.
