Planzer does not deliver or leaves the parcels somewhere. The company does not respond to enquiries. And then there's the naïve talk that we want to improve. We've probably had enough time, but it remains as it is, useless. As long as this company delivers, you have to think carefully about whether you want to continue this behaviour.

Hello together I have already written this in a review and also written to the customer service. I find it very tedious and absolutely nonsensical that the nappies in the packaging box are filled with these plastic air cushions and not too scarce! It makes absolutely no sense to protect the nappies, and secondly my rubbish bag is 1/3 full of this plastic afterwards. That's why I haven't ordered from here for 2-3 months now, but from another online shop where this is not the case. Please reconsider this practice, it is an absolute non-sense.

Why are the weights all wrong? Well, I haven't checked them all, but if I filter by 15kg, I only get size 6 upwards. It's funny that size 5 goes from 11-23kg (it says on the pack) but you write 11-16kg. Why is that? It suggests that you have to change soon, 7kg difference is quite a lot.

I would like to order nappies from you but they are "never" in stock. The parents among us know that you have to get the nappies delivered within 1-2 days, because they are always ordered at the last second, like me :D

I need white nappies size 3 for a present. Unfortunately, the Pampers always have a picture on them. Are there any white nappies left? And if so, which ones are they?
