In the year 45 after the first publication in Germany, Asterix undergoes its first major revision. With meticulous attention to detail, all 34 Asterix albums have been uniformly colored and the speech bubbles have been re-lettered. The cover design has been carefully modified, with some covers even redrawn personally by Asterix illustrator Albert Uderzo. This makes the great success of Asterix ready for a new century and allows it to look forward to a glorious future.
