Printing: For optimal results, select the best possible print settings. The limits of ink saturation may vary depending on the ink droplet volume and ambient humidity. Ink saturation levels should be optimized for specific combinations of printer, ink, and software. Excess ink can cause the paper to warp and may lead to print head strikes. Longer drying times for ink occur in environments with higher humidity.

Lamination: Hot or cold lamination is possible, with cold laminates being preferred due to better adhesion. Images must be dry before lamination. Excess ink can cause warping, which may create issues during lamination. For mounting on a board, a surrounding margin of 5-6 mm around the image is recommended. This prevents moisture and paper tearing due to the tension of the laminate. If the laminate is not evenly distributed over the surface of the paper, it can lead to warping issues.
