Starting with easy unpacking and insertion, the Canon PGI-550XL PGBK also leaves a good impression in the test. The cartridge offers very good print quality, but also high resistance to wiping, light and water should be mentioned here. The packaging and level indicator, on the other hand, could be improved.

The print quality of the Canon PGI-550XL PGBK is great, with the ink also showing very high resistance to wiping, water and light. The cartridge is easy to unpack and insert, but the poor user manual is not helpful. The fill level indicator is also only mediocre.
